Ingredients:

  • • 500 g leg of lamb
  • • 150 g lamb fat
  • • 1 onion
  • • ½ cup milk
  • • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • • 1 tsp cumin
