We will consider the return of most products within 30 days of receipt of the products. If more than 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the return is due to cancellation or change of mind you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect
If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our Support team within 7 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, preferably pictures of the damage sent to Kirk@maxking.co.uk and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging that was originally with the product
Unwanted
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or it is no longer wanted, we can only accept the return if the item or items to us in perfect, unopened, re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc) please contact us within 7 days of receipt
If your return falls into this category we will not refund the original postage costs.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
