We had some feedback that our PitBoss wasn't smoky enough! You can't have a Pitboss who isn't smoky we thought! So we took that sucker to smoky town and back again (looks like he got some new sunnies on the journey!)

Cider Vinegar, Invert Sugar Syrup, Apply & Pineapple Juice, Salt, Paprika, Worcester Sauce (FISH), CHilli, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Vanilla Extract, CUmin, Smoke Flavourings, Tamarind, Cinnamon, Thyme, Caramel, Orange Essence.
